Not getting enough? Not getting notified about important updates in the system? Update your ELN notification preferences to meet your needs. Here’s a breakdown of the available notification types you can toggle on or off based on your preferences. You can enable these notifications to trigger in the app and/or via email. ### **Task Notifications** - You are assigned or unassigned: Get notified when you are added to or removed from a Task in the 'Assigned to' field. - Due date reminder: Receive a reminder 24 hours before the Tasks you’re assigned to are due. Linked to the 'Due date' Task field. - Comments: Alerts you when someone adds or edits a comment on a Task assigned to you. - Signature requests: You are informed when someone else requests, revokes, or deletes your signature on a Task. - Status update for your requested signatures: Find out when a signature you've requested from another user is signed, rejected, or revoked. ### **Project & Experiment Notifications** - Project membership: Notified when you’re added to or removed from a Project. - Role changes: Get updated when your access role changes on a Project, Experiment, or Task. - Due date (Project): Reminder to project *owners* when a Project deadline is near. You are notified 24 hours hours before the set project 'Due date'. - Due date (Experiment): Reminder for *owners* or *users* when an experiment’s due date approaches. You are notified 24 hours hours before the set experiment 'Due date'. ### **Inventory & Item Notifications** - Low stock: Receive a notification when an inventory item’s stock level is low. Triggered when the set low stock reminder (specific to each item). Timing of reminders is based on custom column setup. Click on the **Profile icon** in the top right corner and select **My Preferences** from the drop-down menu.
