In short, no. Each task may only contain one protocol template.
If you believe a certain task has two relative protocols, it may be better to split this into two tasks – each having a separate protocol.
If you still want to upload multiple protocols to one task, you can create one protocol describing different protocol procedures, where each protocol step represents an individual protocol (checklists as sub steps are helpful here) or a hybrid protocol of all the steps of both protocols.
