You may find yourself in a situation where you cannot add a new member. Follow these solutions to get your new user added as quickly as possible.
Solutions:
- Do you have a premium account?
- If you have a Free SciNote account, you cannot add a new member. Although you can invite colleagues to create their own free site.
- Are you an Organization Administrator?
- Only Organization Administrators have the ability to add new members.
- Do you have an open spot?
- To view how many spots are filled, navigate to the Subscription Plan tab under settings.
- If you would like to add more spots, email your Customer Success Manager or support@scinote.net
- Did you hit the space bar?
- If you answered yes to the questions above, make sure you are hitting the space bar after entering a colleague's email address in the "Invite new members" pop-out.
