Help: Why Can I not Invite a New Member to my SciNote Account?

You may find yourself in a situation where you cannot add a new member. Follow these solutions to get your new user added as quickly as possible.

Solutions:

  • Are you an Organization Administrator? 
    • Only Organization Administrators have the ability to add new members. 
  • Do you have an open spot? 
    • To view how many spots are filled, navigate to the Subscription Plan tab under settings. 
    • If you would like to add more spots, email your Customer Success  Manager or support@scinote.net
  • Did you hit the space bar?
    • If you answered yes to the questions above, make sure you are hitting the space bar after entering a colleague's email address in the "Invite new members" pop-out.
