For more information about the Premium plans, please [**request a quote**](https://www.scinote.net/get-a-quote-pricing/) The number of licenses you purchased with your SciNote Premium indicates how many **active accounts** your organization can have - if you have reached your limit, contact your Customer Success Manager for further assistance. **To invite people to SciNote:** 1. You have to be an **Organization administrator** 2. Navigate to **Settings ![](https://knowledgebase.scinote.net/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Nov-14-2023-04-45-41-8197-PM.png?width=30&height=30&name=image-png-Nov-14-2023-04-45-41-8197-PM.png)** 3. **Select Members** in the dropdown menu 4. **Click** on the button **Invite members** in the top right corner 5. Type in the **email address** of the person you’d like to invite to your SciNote Premium and **press Enter or click anywhere outside the email field.** 1. You may also copy and paste their email and invite multiple users at once. **Remember** to press **Enter** or **click anywhere outside the email field** after each email! Type in the **Workspace name** or select the workspace (formerly Team) you want to add the member to from the drop-down. You may select more than one workspace. 7. Select their **user role** from the drop-down. 8. When you are done, **click Invite Members** [![how to invite members](https://knowledgebase.scinote.net/hs-fs/hubfs/how%20to%20invite%20members.png?width=615&height=452&name=how%20to%20invite%20members.png)](https://knowledgebase.scinote.net/hubfs/how%20to%20invite%20members.png?hsLang=en) **\*Caution** – If you invite new members to SciNote without having assigned Workspace access, they won't be able to access their Dashboard or access Projects. Add users to at least 1 Workspace so they can get started ([learn more here](https://knowledgebase.scinote.net/en/knowledge/how-to-create-a-team-and-add-team-members?hsLang=en)).   Those you have just invited will **receive an email with a link** to activate their SciNote account. For future logins, they must **log into their premium domain** (ex: company.scinote.net**)**; we recommend you and your users bookmark your SciNote Premium domain. SciNote invitation links **expire after 7 days.** If the invited member does not activate their account in 7 days, you need to invite them to SciNote again. When an invited member has activated their account, the **Pending** status will change to **Active.** While the status of an invited member is Pending, you can still delete that member from your members' list. Please note that **it is possible** to re-invite them later on.
