Regardless of what happens to SciNote as a company, you will retain full access to your data.
SciNote's software is open source, which means that your IT department can access it and this ensure longevity of the software.
Even in the (very unlikely case) of our company closing, we would give you a 30 day period to access your data. In the meantime, you will be able to decide to either host SciNote by yourself on your own cloud or implement the open-source version locally and then host your data there.
