You can also restrict viewing by turning the task share URL on and off. Task Sharing is enabled for each Workspace by an Owner. #### \[1\] To enable article sharing within a team, a Workspace Owner must follow these steps: 1. **Click** on the **settings** cogwheel icon in the top right corner ![](https://knowledgebase.scinote.net/hubfs/image-png-Aug-23-2023-06-30-24-1933-PM.png). 2. **Select "Workspaces"** in the dropdown menu. 3. Choose the workspace you want to enable task sharing for by **clicking on its name.** 4. Enable task sharing by **clicking ![](https://knowledgebase.scinote.net/hubfs/image-png-Aug-23-2023-06-41-23-9222-PM.png)**under the workspace's details to turn on the feature. 1. If you need to turn off task sharing for an entire Workspace, a Workspace Owner can simply **click the toggle switch** again to flip it off. 2. Here's how: 1. Navigate to the task you would like to share. 2. Optionally, you can include a message for the recipients/those accessing the shared Task link. 1. Once you've added your message, **click "Save."** 5. **Share the link** using your preferred communication method with your clients. 1. You'll notice it changes from blue to gray. 4.
