Changes made within the shared inventory are recorded in the Audit trail.
We have introduced a new record type in the Audit Trail called 'Inventory sharing'.
The records will differ depending on whether you are in the Team that owns the inventory or you are in the Team that was granted viewing and/or editing permissions.
Audit Trail for the Team that owns the Inventory includes:
- Tracking of editing of items in the shared Inventory
- Tracking of assigning an item from the shared Inventory on a task, if the task is in their Team
Audit Trail for the Team that was granted viewing and/or editing permissions includes:
- Tracking of sharing/un-sharing of an Inventory that has been shared with them
- Tracking of assigning an item from the shared Inventory on a task, if the task is in their Team
