Do my archived files take up storage space?

Yes, they do. In order to support data integrity and traceability, very few elements within SciNote can be deleted – most of them can only be archived.

What are the file size and storage limits in SciNote?

Individual file uploads in SciNote are limited to 50 MB on a free account and 350 MB on a SciNote Premium account. Your total storage space is also determined by your current plan. Note that archiving a Task that contains files does not free up storage — archived files still count toward your total.

How can I increase the file upload size limit beyond 350 MB?

If you'd like to increase the individual file upload size limit for your account, contact your Customer Success representative to discuss upgrading your SciNote plan.
