This feature allows workspace Owners to group multiple users together and manage their access to projects, protocols, inventories, and more. For example, if a team member transfers to a different lab or no longer needs access to certain projects, you can easily remove them from a specific group without affecting their overall workspace membership.   #### **To remove a user from a group:** 1. Click the **Settings** icon (gear icon) on the top right. 2. Select **Groups**. 3. Click on the **name of the group** you want to edit. 4. You will see a list of all users currently in that group. 5. Click on the **checkbox** next to the user you want to remove. 6. A new button will appear at the bottom — click on the **Remove** option. 7. In the confirmation widget that appears, click the red **Remove** button to complete the action.
