[Inventory](https://knowledgebase.scinote.net/en/knowledge/using-scinote?hsLang=en#inventory) # How to Clear Reminders in an Inventory ## Inventory items can show date reminders (for example, an expiry or calibration date). You can clear these reminders either one item at a time, or all at once.   Note that clearing reminders cannot be undone.  ##### To clear all reminders at once: 1. **Open** the inventory. 2. **Click** **Clear all reminders** in the toolbar at the top of the inventory. ##### To clear a reminder for a single item: 1. **Find** the item with the reminder (shown by the **bell icon** in the **Assigned** column). 2. **Click** the **bell icon** to open the reminder details. 3. **Choose** one of the two options: -
