How to Clear Reminders in an Inventory

Inventory items can show date reminders (for example, an expiry or calibration date). You can clear these reminders either one item at a time, or all at once. 

 Note that clearing reminders cannot be undone. 

To clear all reminders at once:
  1. Open the inventory.
  2. Click Clear all reminders in the toolbar at the top of the inventory.
To clear a reminder for a single item:
  1. Find the item with the reminder (shown by the bell icon in the Assigned column).
  2. Click the bell icon to open the reminder details.
  3. Choose one of the two options:
    • Clear for everyone — removes the reminder for all users.
    • Clear for me — removes the reminder from your view only.
